Paradise is Taking Shape!
Construction at Paradiso Place continues to gain momentum, with significant progress being made on site each week. Taking full advantage of the favourable weather, the team is consistently completing up to four diaphragm wall panels and six foundation piles every week, laying the foundations for what will become a landmark destination on the Gold Coast.
The scale of the engineering underway is remarkable. Foundation piles extending up to 45 metres below ground and diaphragm wall panels reaching 18 metres deep are creating the robust foundations required for this world-class development. To date, 42 of the 112 foundation piles and 28 of the 49 diaphragm wall panels have been completed, marking another major milestone in the construction journey.
With foundation works progressing well, the next phase is already in sight. Once the remaining diaphragm wall panels are complete, construction will move to the concrete capping beam around the site’s perimeter before the first top-down ground floor concrete deck is poured in September—another exciting step as Paradiso Place continues to rise.
