SPG Land’s commitment to delivering the boutique Brooke Residences tower to fully complete the Cambridge Residences masterplan is being celebrated by its new residents, with all 95 apartments now settled.

SPG Land successfully completed the project even as it had to manage through a pandemic, construction cost increases and a change of builders to deliver the fourth and final tower Brooke Residences. The entire project was managed by Eastview Australia, who has also been appointed to project manage SPG Land’s other Gold Coast project Paradiso Place.

Buyers into Brooke Residences have seen their home valuations increase by up to 15% while early buyers in the first stages of Cambridge Residences have enjoyed capital gains of up to almost a quarter of a million dollars and significant increase in valuation of almost 50%.
