PARADISO Construction update

Our journey to bring Paradiso Place to the Gold Coast has been exciting and rewarding. Here is a brief look at what we have achieved so far and where we are heading.

The launch of Paradiso Place in January 2022 generated considerable excitement and interest with its unprecedented level of amenities and features never before seen on the Gold Coast.

Work swiftly progressed to a significant stage after receiving the DA approval from Gold Coast City Council in May 2022, giving SPG Land the green light to call for tenders for the main construction work, of which we received a selection of quality tenders in August 2022.

Several exciting milestones will be announced in the next few months including the award of the main builder contract, as well as the appointment of the building management operator.
